Positions include:
FULL TIME LEAD TEACHER
Qualifications:
- Practice Christian values
- High School graduate with training in early childhood education or related field.
- One Year of early childhood education experience in a child care and/or school setting.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Teaching a class of children in a manner consistent with the philosophy and mission of the Center.
- Implementing daily activities for the children.
- Maintaining a clean, healthy, safe and spiritual environment in the classroom.
- Maintaining professional conduct and a Christian attitude at all times.
- Supervising assistant teachers and floaters in the classroom.
- Creating weekly lessons plans.
- Writing a class summary for the Center's monthly newsletter.
FULL TIME OR PART TIME ASSISTANT TEACHER
Qualifications:
- Practice Christian values.
- High School graduate with training in early childhood education or related field, or a willingness to be trained and receive training on the job.
- Ability to relate well to children and adults.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting Lead Teacher in teaching a class of children in a manner consistent with the philosophy and mission of the Center.
- Implementing daily activities for children.
- Maintaining a clean, healthy, safe and spiritual environment in the classroom.
- Maintaining professional conduct and a Christian attitude at all times.
